  9. Roll out the dough to thin. apply oil then cut the dough to 2 inch strips. roll up the strips to pinwheel shapes.
  10. Place one of the balls on a lightly floured surface and roll it into a round shape
  11. Start cooking the Chapatis. Place the rolled out dough on a heated pan. Cook for a few minutes. Turn and cook the second side for a few minutes too
  12. Spread oil the first side and then turn to spread oil the second side-Let the wholewheat Chapati cook until it turns golden brown
  13. Cook the Chapatis and keep warm in a plate covered with a kitchen cloth as you finish the rest
