  1. Add besan in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Slit bread slices diagonally in two. Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread in the gram flour batter.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.. Like wise make all the pakodas.
  4. Serve hot with onion coriander chutney.
