  2. Again mix well the batter and then add onions,jeera,green chillies and soaked chana dal,you can mix veggies also like carrot,cabbage and spinach to the increase nutrient value..here in pic above me only added onions. Adjust the pouring consistency but a little thick.
  3. Finally heat a Appam Patra which you get easily in market as shown in pic above add little oil of your choice very less oil it requires. And pour a spoonful batter..Flip both sides till they are brown and crispy.Your Appams are ready to relish…hot or cold they are tasty..always.
