  19. Make ready 1 whole red chilli
  20. Get 5-6 curry leaves

Muthiya is story of man champak having addiction with masturbation. Muthiya is a Gujurati dish & kothmir vadi is a maharashtrian dish. This recipe is a multigrain fusion of the two recipes. Multigrain simply means that more than one grain was used in making the product at hand.

Instructions to make Multigrain  muthiya:
  1. First chopped beetroot and cabbage in a chopper.take a big mixing plate add all types of flour.add dry masala and ginger and garlic paste, chilli paste,oil,sugar and chopped coriander and spinach leaves.
  2. Now add little water and mix it properly and make soft dough.make 6-7 portion.apply oil in your palm take a one portion of mixture and roll in to cylindrical rolls.similaraly make all rolls.placed then hole sieve.
  3. Place this sieve in a steamer cooker.steamed muthiya for 15-20 mnt.after steamed cut all muthiya in a small pieces.
  4. For tempering take big kadai.pour oil in it.when oil heat add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, sesame seeds,curry leaves,green chilies, whole red chilli.now add muthiya and mix well.
  5. Serve with onion tomato sauce and green chutney… multigrain muthiya is ready…
