Instructions to make Seasoning rice balls:
  1. Add one cup of rice and 2 cup of water in the pressure cooker. - Close the lid and pressure cook at - Low Pressure till 1 whistle, switch off the flame wait till cool down the pressure. - Once it's cool remove the lid.
  2. Now heat a pan with oil add seasonings. When the urad dal starts to turn slightly brown, add curry leaves, Chillys, hing and continue to saute until the dals are golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. Pour this seasonings to cooked rice and stir well. Press slightly to be broken down.
  4. Grease your both the hand with water take a big volume of cooked rice and give an oval shape to it. Repeat the process till finish all rice.
  5. Serve this with Chutney, Potato curry,chicken curry and whatever you want to.

Lightly seasoned rice containing Spicy Kimchi Tuna or Salmon Furikake and topped with furikake seasoning make great lunches or snacks. Or you can fill them with whatever.
