  2. Take a bowl, add 3 boiled potatoes and mash it and add 1 cup flattened rice (poha).
  3. Now add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
  4. Mix all this ingredients and make a dough.
  5. After making the dough, make small balls from it.
  6. Heat the oil for 10 minutes.
  7. After the oil is hot, fry the balls in it.
  8. Now take out the balls in serving plate.
  9. Ready to serve.

Repeat until all the kebbah balls are cooked. Serve with fresh salad or a yogurt based dipping sauce. We also like to have these with just ketchup and hot.
