You digest them faster than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You were just waiting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea is high in a certain amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you be healthier. And now you know green tea can help improve your mood as well!
So you see, you don’t need junk food or foods that are terrible for you so you can feel better! Try a couple of of these hints instead.
