  1. First whisk 2 Whole eggs and a egg yolk. Now gradually add ½ cup of sugar. Now add ⅓ Cup of oil, ⅓ cup milk and 1 tsp Vanilla essence and mix well.
  2. Now stiff in All-purpose flour 1 ½ Cup, Baking soda ⅜ tsp and Salt ¼ tsp and mix well.
  3. Now in a greased baking tin pour all the batter and bake on 180 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven Slice as desired, Serve and enjoy.
