Instructions to make Milk Tart:
  1. Prepare the base as follows: Best sugar and butter. Add egg. Fold in flour and baking powder. Press into pie dish and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Heat the milk with butter.
  3. Mix flour, salt, corn flour and sugar with a little milk to form a paste.
  4. Beat egg yolk and add to flour mixture. Remember to keep yolk and egg white separate.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the boiled milk to thicken.
  6. Add vanilla essence to stiffly beaten egg white. Pour into heated milk. Keep heat temperatures low.
  7. Pour the filling on the cool crust and sprinkle cinnamon.
