Steps to make Matoke and beef stew:
  1. Remove the banana peels and put to boil with 1tbsp of blueband.
  2. Then put to boil and until soft then serve.
  3. Cut the beef into small pieces.
  4. Put to boil for 30 minutes with salt.
  5. Boil for unitil water has dried up. Then add oil
  6. Stir the meat until it starts to turn brown.
  7. Add onions and fry until soft.
  8. Add tomatoes and stir. Then add royco and tomato paste.
  9. Stir for 3 minutes then add a little water and cook for 5 minutes then serve.
  10. Serve with matoke.

DHA and omega-3s are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain function a lot better. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can actually help you fight your depression.

Some grains are actually wonderful for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all excellent for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These grains fill you up better and that can help you with your moods too. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can really be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies show that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same calming the rest of your body.
