Beef matoke is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. Beef matoke is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have beef matoke using 12 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Beef matoke:
  1. Get 500 g beef
  2. Prepare 12 pcs green banana
  3. Get 1/2 kg potatoes
  4. Take 2 onions
  5. Prepare 3 tomatoes
  6. Take 2 carrots(grated)
  7. Take 4 cloves garlic
  8. Get 1 pc ginger
  9. Prepare 2 green bell pepper
  10. Take Dhania
  11. Get Spices of your choice
  12. Get Royco

Matoke is one of the traditional main dishes in Uganda and can be. Matoke (or Matooke) refer to the plantain or plantain banana in Uganda, where plantains are a staple crop. In Uganda, plantain bananas are often wrapped in plantain leaves and steamed until tender. Cooked and mashed matoke is the nation's official food dish.

Instructions to make Beef matoke:
  1. Peel The matoke and waru..and cut them….i cut them into halves
  2. Boil the meat till tender and set aside broth
  3. Add in 2tablespoons of oil and chopped onions,crushed garlic and ginger…. Cook till browned…
  4. Add in your selected spices and cooking for two minutes
  5. Put in the chopped tomatoes and grated carrots….add some broth and cover for 5min till tomatoes soften then smash with spatula to paste
  6. Add in the potatoes and matoke ensuring it evenly mixes…
  7. Add royco to the remaining broth and mix till it dissolves and add in the pot…
  8. Cover and cover for 10-15min stirring every once in a while to prevent sticking…
  9. Check to ensure that the potatoes are cooked
  10. Add in the chopped Dhania and serve hot

If you want to beat depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can seriously boost your mood.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all excellent for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These foods fill you up better and that can help you with your moods also. Feeling hungry can be awful! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is really great for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is packed full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you feel a lot healthier. Now you know it can help improve your mood too!
