The ingredients needed to make Beef matoke:
  1. Prepare 6 half-sliced potatoes
  2. Prepare 10 half-sliced bananas(matoke)
  3. Take 1 chopped onion
  4. Get 2 diced tomatoes
  5. Get 1 hot pepper
  6. Prepare Half crushed garlic
  7. Take 1/2 beef
  8. Take Coriander
  9. Take Cooking oil

Matoke is one of the traditional main dishes in Uganda and can be. Matoke (or Matooke) refer to the plantain or plantain banana in Uganda, where plantains are a staple crop.   1. Boil beef and potatoes separately for a few mins then set aside
  2. Add oil to a sufuria,to fry onions till they loosen,then add garlic paste and hot pepper and boiled beef,let them cook for afew seconds
  3. Add diced tomatoes,let them cook for awhile then put in bananas,then add in boiled potatoes then cover for them simmer
  4. Add coriander then mix it up
  5. Food is ready to serve

It’s not hard to drive away your bad mood when you are eating grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are terrific at helping you feel better. They help you feel full too which can actually help to better your mood. It’s not hard to feel low when you feel famished! These grains can improve your mood because it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest them quicker than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is found to be chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while also loosening up the rest of your body.
