  3. After a min, add soaked rice and mix well. When rice is mix in oil and spices, turn colored, then add salt and water. Cover the lid and wait 2-3 whistle.
  4. Hot hot peas pulao is ready for serve. Serve with desi ghee, raita and green chutney.
